The interesting object in this photograph is not so much the USMC C-130, but the H-34 in three-tone SEA camouflage in the background. As far as I can research NO U.S. forces branch used this scheme. However, it is known that the VNAF's 83rd Special Operations Group flew H-34s in various odd schemes, without any insignia or markings. If anyone can confirm this, please let me know. (Photo: unknown)
