A little off topic (the VNAF never flew the AH-1G Cobra gunship), but this is an interesting image of the hulk of a U.S. Army AH-1G Hueycobra gunship helicopter. The US Army lost quite a few of them. It was sitting in front of the Dong Ha district's chief office building. There was a U.S. Army M48 tank there, too. (photo: Leon Wohlert)
